Beginning on Monday, August 30 the following changes will take place:
In Houston, Passions will air at 2:00pm.
For those of you who don't know the story NBC has been trying to get "Passions" on the Houston NBC affiliate since "Passions" debut back in July 1999.
At one point "Passions" aired on a non-NBC station but that didn't last too long. And now "Passions" currently airs overnight on the NBC Houston affiliate at 3am.
Now it's finally in the time slot it should have been on when "Passions" first premiered back on July 5, 1999. It's about time!
This is a huge victory for all Passions fans because Houston is the Number 11 Nielsen Market. And this will definitely help "Passions" in the ratings to have a major market like Houston airing "Passions" in the daytime.
